Τhe TURING Project officially kicked off at the Titania Hotel in Athens, bringing together researchers and innovators from across the EU, Canada, and Switzerland.
During the two-day meeting, the consortium discussed the project’s vision, roadmap, and initial plans for developing physics-aware, robust, and explainable generative AI for complex physical systems, including nuclear energy, high-energy physics, and meteorology.
The sessions included presentations, workshops, and collaborative discussions, fostering strong engagement and teamwork among all partners.
The event set a solid foundation for the next 36 months, and we are looking forward to contributing to the project’s goals of creating trustworthy AI models and a user-centric framework to support researchers, industry, and policy-makers.
About TURING: The project aims to deliver AI solutions capable of addressing critical scientific and industrial challenges with improved robustness, performance, and reliability.
